Relays used in modern automation systems. They can be used to control all types of single-phase receivers. Compared to traditional electromagnetic relays or contactors, they offer much wider possibilities.
Advantages:
- high switching durability (no contacts)
- operating speed (below 10ms)
- LED indicator
- cover included
- convenient screw terminals
- switching of large loads (turning on the power at the moment of zero crossing)
- resistance to shocks, vibrations and dust (no moving parts, system flooded in resin in a solid housing)
- no arc on the contacts and noiseless operation
Typical Applications:
- electric and induction furnaces
- plastics processing (injection molding machines, thermoforming, packaging machines)
- incubators, dryers
- incandescent and halogen lighting
- motors, fans
It is an excellent solution for automation systems that require high switching frequency (e.g. precise temperature controlin the plastics industry).
When selecting a relay, the following should be taken into account:
- load voltage
- load current
- control signal
- type of load (starting current must be taken into account for inductive load)
The relay is attached to a mounting plate or heat sink. Use the included washer to allow better heat dissipation. A heat sink with DIN rail mounting is available as an option. The plastic, transparent cover included in the set ensures protection of the terminals IP20. The LED diode allows you to control the operation.
